Welcome to Arihant Motors. These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation, sale, delivery, and warranty processes of all vehicles and services offered at our authorized Hero MotoCorp dealership:

1. 1. Reservation & Ledger Refunds All vehicle reservations, token payments, and advanced deposits paid to Arihant Motors are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once officially ledgered.
2. 2. Test Drive Qualifications Test drives are subject to physical vehicle availability. Drivers must present a valid, original two-wheeler driver's license and wear a helmet to initiate a test drive.
3. 3. Pricing & Financing Adjustments All prices, promotional benefits, cashbacks, registration costs, and third-party finance interest rates are subject to updates and will be locked only at the time of final invoice generation.
4. 4. Warranties & Servicing Approvals Vehicle warranty support, scheduled maintenance, and hardware replacements are regulated strictly according to the policies and decisions authorized by Hero MotoCorp Ltd.
5. 5. Jurisdiction & Local Settlement All transaction disputes, commercial inquiries, or structural grievances with Arihant Motors are exclusively subject to the local judicial courts of Mannargudi.
